Code of Practice
Pursuant to section 84 of the Basic Housing Units Ordinance (Cap. 658), the Secretary for Housing may issue a code of practice to provide practical guidance on how subdivided units can meet the minimum standards of living conditions, and the Secretary may revise or revoke the whole or any part of the code of practice from time to time.

Remarks: The draft Code of Practice is solely for reference purpose. The Housing Bureau will finalize the Code of Practice for Basic Housing Units for promulgation and uploading to this website in due course. The finalized version shall prevail for all purposes.
